Just read in DUmmie land that the US District court is closed today because of inclement weather. Schaendefreude again. Now they can't file untill the 27th.

Note that his involvement is always just "filing papers" or sending letters of "support" or whatever. This is all just window dressing to appease the pitiful psychos over at DU. If it were anything else, he'd have been fully involved in the recount from the get-go, instead of all this third-party "support" crap that is legally meaningless.
It also bears repeating that Spawnette O'Satan's 2008 campaign is already well underway, and if Kerry thinks she's gonna step back and let him resume his fight for the presidency, he's more stupid than he looks, as impossible as that might seem.
