What we need in all this polling is the exact words each question is.

No snips from the papers.

The exact wording. Because, in Polling 101, you learn how to ask the question to get the answer you want.

Can someone tell me what 'Zot' means?

Yes. But, then we'd have to kill you.

Couldn't you post a link to the zottee's previous posts before zotting them? It's always fun to go back and see what kind of "paper trail" they left before revealing their hand.

"They'll keep trying but times have changed, abc, cbs and nbc aren't the only media anymore."

So true, but maybe they are necessary; I think we actually need them to create a focus for us from time to time.

Anyone who thinks the Iraq war wasn't worth fighting hasn't been paying attention.

Between the 9/11 Commission and the Senate Intelligence Reports, the following was stated:

1. 78 reports from 78 different sources provided information that Saddam Hussein's regime was actively training Iraqi intelligence soldiers for terrorist attacks against America. (But Churchillbuff would rather wait until we'd been attacked).

2. Iraq provided Al Qaeda with chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear bomb making training. (But Churchillbuff thinks that's okay and we should have permitted that to continue).

3. Direct meetings between senior Iraqi military officers and top Al Qaeda operatives took place between the early 90's and 2003. (But Churchillbuff doesn't mind that the biggest terror nation was meeting with Al Qaeda and providing them safe harbor and thinks that we should have gone after Iran instead, although of course he'd be complaining about that too if we had. He has never understood that for different countries that harbor AQ, different tactics will be used).

4. An Iraqi national was present with Al Qaeda operatives during at least one 9/11 planning meeting. (But Churchillbuff thinks Iraq had nothing to do with AQ. No money. No training. No meetings.)

I'd suggest Churchillbuff change his name to Neville Chamberlain and try to pay more attention to the important news regarding the war on terror. Instead he will only post articles about how we aren't doing things right, don't have enough troops. Don't have enough armor. Anything to make the administration look bad. Glad he wasn't around in WWII.

That was the kitty mohawk on the calico wasn't it? I do remember seeing the mohawk and assume it is the "line" cut. LOL

...see what kind of "paper trail" they left

It's usually toilet paper with little hints of undigested DUmmie on it.

I still laugh every time I read it

"My sister-in law is from Oklahoma and has a slight accent. She has cats and when she lived in the south she would take them to the groomer's and have what is called a Line Cut. To her a line cut is when all of the fur hanging down below the cat's tummy is taken off (because it gets matted or snarled).

When she moved to Chicago with my brother, one of the cats fur got all tangled up during the move so she took it in for a line cut. She was quite surprised when she heard the price as it was twice as much as it was down south.

She confirmed with the groomer that he understood what a line cut was and he said "yes, I know what a LION cut is." It seems her accent came out sounding like LION not LINE and this is how her cat was returned to her. See PHOTOS) She cried for a week...but not as much as the cat. It was November in Chicago and the cat needed all the fur it had."
