If it turned black, necrosis had occurred. The tissue was dead and amputation was the likely outcome.

I wonder if that`s how all this circumcision stuff started, that femnazis started some ritual to castrate men or something at birth. Disempower men symbolically. I mean really, what led them to the dick of all things? Why not the earlobe or some other loose piece of skin? How about the ass? Why didn`t they cut that down to size? I mean look at Michael Moore, he probably wishes he had a good ass reduction by now. But the dick? All these men including myself walking around today forget that their one eyed wonder worm was mutilated at birth.

Religion aside, like a lot of the old jewish rituals including a kosher diet, circumcision happened because it was a healthier way to live at the time. Not eating pork, for example, was a pretty healthy way to live at the time.

Speaking on behalf of myself and the woman looking over my shoulder, a circumcised penis looks a lot better anyway.

If you really want to see the interesting arguments about circumcision head on over to wikipedia sometime. That's probably the most contested page on the whole site where pro-circumcision and anti-circumcision camps go back and forth.

The judge ordered Tzubari to pay NIS 850,000 of the NIS 1.18 million in damages for the family's past and future suffering, and to compensate the parents for the cost of psychiatric treatment for their son

To the family? Shouldn't this go to the boy? I wonder if he will get anything more than counseling. Should medicine eventually develope a real treatment for this, the money needs to be there for him.

Poor kid. But the parents will never get a penny out of this mohel, for he works in an industry where the pay is terrible and they work only for tips.

Parents are responsible as well. If they didn't force this
ancient barbaric ritual mutilation on their infant son he
would still have his genitals intact.
