IMO, the transparency lies with those on FR who never complain about Boxer or Feinstein.
It's akin, IMO, to a commander whose is having troubles during the Battle of the Bulge who would lay the blame at Churchill and FDR, instead of hitler.
That's what they found out in the Rampart district. And as I remember, a few of the officers involved got in quite a bit of trouble over it. As for the residents of the Rampart area, they were happy until the civil rights people stepped in and stopped the police. Now the innocent are back to being terrorized by the thugs - and the ACLU.
Here is the mistake I think the police make. Instead of arresting these guys, they need to stop them, confiscate their drugs and guns and then let them go on their way. Let the police exact economic justice but have no record of it other than the drugs and guns turned into the property room.
Maybe after the punks find out it is not economically worthwhile to crusie a neighborhood they will move on. The judges just let them out anyhow, so we kill two birds with one stone bypassing the taxpayer funded court system.
BTW, Did you call your congressman today and tell them to stop funding the ACLU? Make the call!

That's a real good idea.
That's a real good idea.
Just shoot them.
Do you have even the most basic grasp of the US Federal Government's structure? See, senators are in the legislative branch of the government and the president is the chief executive of the government. It's not up to senators to enforce existing laws, that's Bush's job (until Jan 2009).
My sentiments exactly. Gangs are like a disease that is killing our society and as such should be identified, isolated and eradicated.
And it is obvious that you don't have a basic grasp of the Founding Fathers intent.
The Senator's especially after 1916 are now total political animals, and your ignorance on that subject, shows your above knee jerk reaction, IMO.
To further discuss your straw dog: Guess you haven't been on the same California threads as me and witnessed the disdain for our senators, although Feinstein has spoken out about our immigrant problems on occasion.
Now that we've addressed your accusation that we are all hypocritical "impotent whiners", would you care to tell me why the executive branch of the fedgov does less than required to fix the root problem? You can start with Sen. Kennedy and on to Johnson, Carter and Clinton. You may skip anything about Reagan, Bush I or II since the GOP is omnipotentent and does all things right.

I'll excuse your ignorance, but I was on those threads on FR where such people on FR as Joe Hadenuf were promoting nihilistic and opprotunistic(i.e stealth democrat cheerleadrs) radio jocks in LA, John and Ken, trying to vote out David Drier, who has a 90 rating from the ACU.
I can understand your alls anger since Cong. Drier won re-election by a comfortable margin and your anti-conservative jihad was for naught.
Now Navy Vet do you have a critical word to say about Senators Feinstein and/or Boxer without criticism about me in the mix.
I'll wait, but from my experience with you "true California conservatives" on FR, my experience has been that I will hear crickets on the subject of criticiam od Boxer or Feinstein.
It would be better to just excute them and bill their country of origin.

Yeah. They both suck and I vote against them every chance I get, as do the vast majority of other Californians on FR.
Are we done skirting around whose responsibility it is to enforce federal law? Or do you want to drag other Cali politicians into the mix to build your straw dog even higher?
BTW, I only mentioned Sen. Kennedy above because he pushed through the ill-conceived Immigration Act of 1965 (year?) that radically changed what was good commonsense immigration policy. He is obviously not executive branch. Oh, and I forgot you can also skip Nixon, since he is GOP.
Kerik, the whores at the WSJ and the Bush family get devoted nannies we get these future insurgents.
Huh well gee, if you holier than thou Californians on FR would keep your elected Senators and legislature honest, instead of blaming the rest of country, on FR, of your political impotence.
Yeah maybe we could have a discussion.
I'll believe it when I see it, if you don't mind.
It's obvious you don't want to address the topic of this article and the root problems causing it, nor who is responsible for fixing it. You're little side-shuffle song 'n dance to misdirect has been obvious to anyone reading this exchange. Like I said, at least you're consistent. Enjoy your gangstas when they over-run you.
