So Natalie Portman is a communist? I should have known it was so obvious!
Come on, man. :-)

She's a far leftist who supported "Israel's great friend" John Kerry.
In America it's normal for liberals to "cross the street" to support Israel, just as it's normal for "palaeoconservatives" to "cross the street" to support the PLO. But they're both crazy regardless.
To: Borges
her anti-american activities are the same as those common to all libs. why the confusion?

If that's the criteria then since almost half of the electorate voted for Kerry that must mean a commensurate percentage of the country is anti-American? If so we are in a lot of trouble.

If so we are in a lot of trouble. If you feel that way, what are you doing at Free Republic? This is a conservative forum, not a forum for liberals who for whatever reason just happen to support Israel.
I get the distinct impression that you would not greet the rebuilt Third Temple with enthusiasm.

Quite the contrary. But dp you think that anything less then thinking that half the country is actively anti-American is not conservative? That's chilling. I'm quite comfortable in my conservatism thanks.

I'm sorry, but "support of Israel" by such people is an embarrassment.
To: Zionist Conspirator
Well she was born there, claims support for the country, and from what I understand spends a fair amount of time there. I would call that support. Again, if we expect 100% confluence on every single issue we're sunk. But I respect your right to think so even though I disagree. :-)

You got a David Duchovny-sized muzzle for me?
To: MassRepublicanFlyersFan
Not at all. A vocal and staunch supporter of President Bush. Being born in Israel may have something to do with her position.

It's really embarassing it has taken this long for a picture to show up.
I mean, come on people!

...if she had a 15xx AFSC.
Weather officer? Heh... I've got a few friends who are weather officers, but I honestly haven't seen a single Wx officer in at least 6 months - and I'm in the Ops Group.
I think they're all stationed at Scott, MacDill or Ramstein.

Weather officer? Nope. Back in the brown-shoe days, or at least back when people still knew what 'brown-shoe days' meant, 15xx was the AFSC for Navs and EWs.
