Round-the-clock toga parties where the door need never open.
One gentleman who is part of the gay community
Yeah, right.
Delta Lambda Phi is open to gay and bisexual men, and allies, considered "progressive men."
Uh-huh.
The group is now a "colony" at ISU
I'll bet it is. "Leper colony" comes to mind.
"They're a part of us. They're working with us," said Shawn Eagleburger, 22, an ISU interior design major who is president of the Interfraternity Council. "We're very excited to have this group. There's not a whole lot of opposition to it."
Perhaps young Shawn is a wee bit too excited about this new group.
The new fraternity is being mentored by those from the University of Minnesota.
"Mentored." That's a good one.
The University of Iowa in Iowa City ... does not have a chapter ... and does not plan to add a chapter in the coming years.... "Students have not come forth in saying, 'This is something we need and want."'
Keep watching.

I'm sure a faternity that is EXCLUSIVELY hetrosexual would be welcomed as enthusiastically.

Discrimination and creation of a "gay ghetto".

I have a movie trailer running in my head, from Revenge of the Nerds, where they joined the Lamda Lamda Lamda fraternity.
Just an aside.

If they ever have a house it'll have to be burned to the ground when they're done with it.

Are you happy, or is that a pack of Certs in your pocket?

Great... Dozens of gay men getting drunk together and sharing bedrooms... Can you just feel your health insurance premiums going up?

Have an avowed hetero try to sign on.
When denied, sue the piss out of them for discrimination.
Give them a "Reverse Boy Scout" treatment.....

If a fraternity is only open to gay/bi men, couldn't you therefore consider that fraternity to be co-ed? Hmmm...
Anyway, let 'em have their own frat, er, soror, uh, whatever. Don't want any fudgepackers in my frat.
