Polite says political items do not belong in Central Market and if Stoltzfus refuses to take down the photos, hell take the matter before City Council to get the city law changed to ban all political items in public places.
There should be rules, says Polite.
And when re-election time comes I am sure Polite will not put up any campaign material or signs in public places. After all, "there should be rules."
Of course, as politicians have done since the beginning of time, he will have the law written to exempt politicans campaign material.
I can't figure out whether to break out in laughter or tears.
But whupped Kerry's ass in the rest of the county.
"It is like rubbing salt on a wound.
Too bad you you, Mr. Polite, that the nearest Kerry-Therapy group is probably in Philly. But Amtrak will take you there.
offened by a pic of the prez? I might open my own store just to do the same...haha
I may even put a sign in it: NO LIBERALS ALLOWED
But a picture of a half-naked Paris Hilton - that doesn't frighten children and living things as much as President Bush does.
It is that separation of STATE and STATE.
Simple solution for Mr. Polite and the other whining clymers: Don't patronize Mr. Stolzfus's business. If the President's photo is so offensive, the free market will punish him.
I am getting so damn sick and tired of all the libs being offended by everything. I find them offensive but do not tell them to shut up. I found Clinton offensive to be President, but he was still our elected President. These little fascist wannabes need to get on with their lives.
W crushed sKerry in Lancaster County:

as he did over here in York County:

Sour grapes and the easily-offended, liberal-demokkkRAT-socialist-commie-nazi-fascist scumbag pol. Bite me, Polite! I gloat in your specific direction.
Just for fun to see how the Rat's react, add a picture of Christ right next to George's.
What thinly disguised sedition is this?
The picture/portrait of the current president has ALWAYS been displayed in government offices, buildings, public places, etc.
Is the President not the President of this city, this public market too? Could Clinton's picture hang? How about Truman, Washington?
Not only would I leave this pic up, I'd put up a bigger one!
Hmmmm...we'll never know will we?
But I truly IMHO believe that Mr Polite would never request a Kerry take down.
LOl...just occurred to me..the last election was a Kerry take down...
What an ass. Somebody send him the name of the nearest PEST counselor.

Nelson is quite an interesting gentleman
I just bet the RATS had all kinds of political paraphernalia of Kerry in public view during the election. Oh, I forgot. It's OK for RATS to do it. Double standards is the name of their game. They make me sick. This man has the right to exercise his First Amendment RIGHT!!!
Interesting! I come from the day when pictures of the presidents would be posted in our public schools. Is that no longer done?
I think it's bad business to have political stuff in your place of business, but it's no business of the law to force you to remove it.
Bump for L8R, when I can come up with an appropriate methodology of publicly eviscerating this jerk.
We had some liberal communist at the main post office in Fort Walton Beach Florida who had a picture of Kerry and Edwards shaking hands displayed on the post office wall. You had to look right at the picture when the postal worker opened the customer service door. Now that's really out of line.
