I'm not sure it's "unanswerable". Maybe, well probably:)....you see more clearly than I do on this. He seems to be saying "B" is wrong too. That doesn't make "A" less wrong, though. Maybe that makes it a rather pointless statement, & maybe that's what you're pointing out.

Newborns are. But very few black children are put up for adoption when they are born.
Most black children up for adoption are kids who have been taken away from an abusive parent at an older age or have special needs or both.
There is also a real resistance among the black community to allowing a newborn child to be adopted by whites.

Have you seen all the single moms pushing strollers while herding a passle of unruly kids? They're all over....and DOING IT BY THEMSELVES.
That is, until the end of the month when 'men' mysteriously appear....it is observable in almost any city, I'd wager.
Not true, based on Kaiser family poll, 61% of the people have a problem of major concern adopting these infants.
And at 1 year old an african american infant is considered special needs whereas a white child is 8 before he's considered special needs. I would like to believe they are adopted also but they are not adopted on the same level as white children. Good news, more AA single/ middle class black females are adopting these kids. I'm not blaming anyone because it's not the responsibility of anyone to adopt them I'm just wishing it had a better story.

Actually as I stated in the previous post a special needs child as an AA is only 1 year old whereas a white special needs child is 8 years old. So quite a difference. Yes there is a resistance in the black community but who the blank cares, if they are not going to raise them then let someone else do it.
That child represents an income check, if it didn't it would be aborted at government expense.
My girlfriend and I were waiting on line at a WalMart checkout. A black lady in the lane next to us refused to buy her teen aged daughter something, told her to get her own babies and get her own welfare check. True story.
So how do you get the fathers to pay? Take them out of jail and try and teach them to read and write so someone will hire them? And then give them a vascotemy?

Probably by "mocking" the charge.. A proper "bitch slap" and the community just might come to.. No guarantees though the "race pimp" drug is pretty deep. Black churchs I think would be a good place to start. Look them in the eye directly challenging their logic on this.. Because not all black churchs are asleep.. or blacks in general.. look at Bill Cosby even.. Who has been a die hard lefty..
Start the questioning with the sound bite, "Butterfly McQueen answers are just not good enough these days.., Blacks are responsible for their actions TOO"..
A good question, though. How to make men accountable. I've got ideas, some may not be 'doable', but it's somewhat satisfying to think about.

Wait! How 'bout requiring the father to toe the line - say; "I'm the father" before the mom gets the welfare check.

Well, we got a nice spot down near the Rio Grande we want you to keep an eye on for us. Comes with a little fenced-in shack, all nice & cozy. Spot us some border-crossers (say, your "quota" is "x amount"), and we'll see about getting you back to the mom & kiddies after awhile.
Sometimes a swift kick in the a$$ is the best way to get folks moving.
Sounds like a good idea and if more were made to do this it would not only help with pregnancy problems but with crime and drugs as well unless they started taking bribes at the border.
But many of them are in jail. At one point or another many of these guys because of their lifestyle that idolizes having many kids by many woman, (its a sign of manhood in low income black community)go to jail. Either for drug dealing, stealing, child support or assault. Many of the others have the Jessie Jackson, athlete mentality; have kids outside of marriage but pay some child support. It's then the mothers stupidity with the juggling of the bills and so forth that gets her in trouble or the amount of child support is not enouch to make ends meet.
The way I read it, both James and Cosby said basically the same thing, about the same crisis, but since Cosby is black he can get away with it...Barely....

If you're referring to "leaders" like Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson, my advice would be to keep them away!!!!!
Make them watch Bill Cosby including his recent speeches!!!!
Well, Jesse Jackson has a "LOVE CHILD" why can't everyone else? Jesse is suppose to be the person all the black kids look up to.
The last thing in the world people of this caliber want to hear is -- the truth.
And 'ya know I think the only good thing I can say about him is that he actually supports that child. (while the reason for the support is extremely questionable...)
Didn't he have his corporation support the child? not him directly.
No-No! Refer to Jackson and Sharpton as Leaders (with a big "L")? No waaay. Those are clamoring fools followed by other clamoring fools. I mean real leaders. Real leadership. Grown-ups. And yes, Bill Cosby is a Grown Up! :)
