Good luck. I wouldn't get my hopes up too high. It's better to pleasantly surprised than to have hopes dashed.
True. No real high hopes here. End of the story coming up...or at least most of the end. More than likely, some court cases are going to come from this no matter what the outcome as fiduciary duty was not upheld by officers of Mirant. Enron guys went to jail, Ebbers went to jail, Kozlowski went to jail, Rigas went to jail and now a few more are headed that way.
