I don't see it quite that way.
Liberals need to be pimp-slapped around the block every day just for the exercise, and she performs that task with a laudible exuberence.
At the same time, she addresses their evil and lunacy in a meaningful way, but that's like the other strand of the DNA...closely associated, but a separate thread.

Ann is doing the same thing that David Horowitz is:
Using tactics against the Left for which they had made the assumption of exclusive ownership since the 1960s-- in Horowitz' case, political theater-- (the full-page ads in college newspapers, etc.)
Coulter uses over-the-top rhetoric to slam them.
On a pulchritudinous note, I think Laura Ingraham's much more attractive- she's more The Girl Next Door type.
But I think they both smoke. Yuk.
