Let us not forget that it was this slug who refused to report the rape allegation by Juanita Broaddrick against Clinton even after his own network's reporter (Lisa Myer)
had verified her story through multiple sources.
Good Riddance!

"The Greatest Generation" was strictly a nest-egg moneymaker for Tommy Boy - he knew that 'Great Bureaucrats of the Second Half of the 20th Century' probably wouldn't fly off the shelves.
When in doubt, appeal to people's sentimentality and fear of mortality. Cynical? Not half as bad as Tom.

I won't miss your inability to pronounce the letter L or your pompous attitude or your smirk. Screw the MSM. Boycott them.

I haven't watched brokenjaw in YEARS, I see no reason to make an exception tonight.
Fox will run the revolting coverage, that will be more than enough.
Hey, Tom, don't let the door hit ya . . .

I'll miss staring at that triangle thing going on under his nose. I've never been able to figure out how someone grows a triangle. Or why.

TOM BROKAW still needs to apologize for his lyingly telling us about a massacre of Korean Civilians by our U.S. 7th Cavalry at the Bridge of -NO GUN RI- during the Korean War, that NEVER happened.
And still the...
Associated Press must return its bogus -NO GUN RI- PULITZER

"Anybody watch the special 2-hour Tom Brokaw Retrospective this past Friday night? Me neither." BWAHAAAAAAA!!!
I'd never have guessed your wit could be so sharp, kid.
Where ya been hiding it? :o)
"Brokaw saw himself has unbiased..."
Yea-yea, Brokejaw saw himself many ways & none of 'em remotely close to reality.
"While it is true that Brokaw may have spent less time in the crosshairs of media bias activists than his colleagues, Dan Rather and Peter Jennings, he certainly spread liberal bias in his own fashion...Tom Brokaw frequently managed to fly under the radar of media bias activists, not by being less biased, but by being less outrageous than his brethren at the other broadcast networks...We are also delighted at the prospect of Brokaw's retirement and urge him not to let the screen door hit him on the backside."
AMEN!!
Tell like it is, girl!!
*Great* stuff.
Really good to see you Ms.D, don't be a stranger!
Ping me *anytime*.
...you're feeling a surge of your wit, y'hear? ;^)

Tom
was the least biased of the 'Big Three' anchors (with Petah in the middle, and Dan on top).
Then again, being the 'least biased news anchor' is a bit like being the 'most talented Spice Girl.'

I couldn't stand the sound of his voice!!How about his jerky style giving the news while standing?
That was one odd mannerism!

Nonetheless, his name came up often enough that we were pleased to learn recently that he found the activists' activities incredibly irritating. heh heh, we try; God knows we try ;^)
Great write up. Um, will his replacement be any better? You know captain Dan will soon be available.
