I just phoned Viacom Investor Relations again today (1-800-516-4399) to ask when Heyward, Rather and Mapes were going to be fired and when the forgery investigation would be released. I was given the number of Andrew Heyward's office (1-212-975-4321) and asked the same question. The woman there, in turn, passed me to the comment line dedicated to Rather's retirement. I made clear my opinion that forgery and its dissemination was a CRIMINAL matter and a cover-up was not going to fly. I urge others to not let the MSM bury this under the pretext that Rather's leaving would clear up the whole matter.

Dan Rather should be investigated and thrown in jail for his lies and deceit.

Rather deserves respect--that's the laugh for the day. For over 30 years, he has been dishing out his liberal leftist demoncRAT opinions swaying captive voters, and now he departs ignominiously by his selfish, perverted haste to destroy someone else. He deserves respect? I think absolutely NOT.
