Let me get this straight . . .
French employees of General Electric Medical Systems, a US multinational corporation, have accused the company of having an American ideology?
WTF?
"The French Revolution, right? Which they also lost (to themselves)."
And they really, really screwed up the occupation.
We allowed the former crew of Werner Von Braun to converse in German while working on our nuclear missiles and pre-NASA systems. If engineers are brilliant enough they ought to be accomodated. It is unlikely these French in question fit the bill. It sounds more like they simply don't want to learn English, which most French abhor with a passion.
Yes. How about a little 'insourcing'?
Maybe she and her French amis should just follow America's leadlet the Chinese do it!
This is why the French economy is in the tank.
"I bet latin is more relevant than french today. "
Latin has always been and will always be more relevant than French.
His primary language was Aramaic, but I would assume that He was fluent in Hebrew (since he taught in the Temple) and had a working knowledge of latin (since He conversed with Pilate). I would bet a ham sandwich that He was also proficient in Samaritan Hebrew since it was a major dialect in use in the West Bank and Gaza at that time.
We all puke in French..
They've been doing the same thing here in Canada for years. Whiny bastards.
Ha ha, das was sehr gut!
They should try UN-obscuranto or Entrenched Bureaucratese
Funny joke...how did you know that I am Norwegian? :}
An old Norwegian fighter pilot told me all about your wild times with them Fokkers. :}
