Well, I'll give the devil his due and admit that i read far enough to get the rant part and not the rest.

But, successful parody? Not really, A good joke, no doubt, but to work as parody, it needed to be shorter, broader and more to the point . . . . and it needed to reach that point sooner.

Still, I'll concede that if the author's intent was to see how many outraged conservatives he could snare - it worked! He got me!

I agree about Scarborough. For whatever reason, Sean is at war with him and is punishing him by refusing to have him on H&C to talk about his book. So, Joe retaliated.

Or is it illustrative? There are huge numbers of Americans that do not see through the propaganda of the media or the brain-washing of educational institutions, particularly those of "higher" learning. To an extent, it is also of some concern that a major part of the discussion has been centered around the style instead of the substance of the article.

By reading the posts -- its easy to see those who either failed to read the whole piece, or those who once having read it, failed to understand it. The former are lazy, the latter are hopeless.
