Would any of these have protected that site, in this case?

I don't know. CCurry would be a better person to ask, he did the repair work on the hacked site.

Plus, I think there are separate releases of these AV systems for servers. The Grisoft free version can't run on servers, not sure about the others. That's because the servers use sli. different OS's -- Win 2K Server isn't the same as Win 2K Pro, I know that.
