I don't think a restaurant should have to hire somebidy who "was too fat to fit between the tables without jostling the patrons with her butt cheeks". However, if she was fat when they hired her, I don't see how her weight later became a legitimate cause for firing her. (I hear you, buddy, about "comfort food". Today is Sunday and, having gone to church, I am about to embark on the all the errands such as grocery shopping that prepare me psychologically to begin a big diet tomorrow. I'll say a Hail Mary right now that the Holy SPirit inspire you to start losing weight with me tomorrow. Please say a prayer for me, too.)
