Well, she really hurt me.

I have no idea who Arlene Spector is, I'd vote for Condi in a second. Zell Miller too but I doubt he'd run.

I would much rather see what she does as V.P. first. You'll get your chance in about two years.
Her selection as SOS is to groom her for the next step up.

"Zell Miller; Never ever ever vote for a Democrat" The only democrat I ever voted for was a conservative running against Sen. Charles "Mac" Mathias of Maryland.
Naturally the democrats supported the RINO republican candidate, and Mathias won by a landslide.
I would vote for Zell Miller over a liberal or a moderate republican any day.

Where are these gloom and doom predicitions you speak of?

Her selection as SOS is to groom her for the next step up. I certainly hope so. I would love to pull the lever for her as the V.P. part of the ticket.

Yes, I know.
I used to like Lugar but until recently hadn't realized what an buttface RINO he had become.

Governor of Colorado (whose name at the moment escapes me), and Dr. FristBill Owens. And Frist is weak-spined and too Senatorish (like Kerry).
Spencer Abraham?? Interesting one...

If the 2008 Republican primary included candidates Rudy Giuliani, Condi Rice, Tom DeLay, Zell Miller, and Arlene Spector; who would you choose and why?I'm entering the name of Heath Shuler, just because he doesn't get much press these days, and John Wayne who would be a good president in spite of his being dead. How 'bout you, Owl?

That way we could be on the Demokratz like White on Rice....... That was just too good! LOL.
I have to pass on Ahnold - as much as I like him. I'm very scared about screwing with the Constitution to allow foreign-born to serve just 'cause we have a guy on our side right now. Pandora's box anyone?
I like Jeb/Condi, but White/Rice was just too good. :o)

"This reminds me of the threads on DU. I'm guessing 50% of their threads ask who the dems should run in 2008; the other 50% of their threads say Kerry really won the election. The only thing I can figure is they think Kerry won, but shouldn't run in 2008."
A lot of the threads on DU say the Dems should move to the Left, so I am looking forward to a Waxman/McKinney ticket in '08.

I would love to pull the lever for her as the V.P. part of the ticket. You'll not get to vote for her for VP. She'll be VP in about 2 years, then run for President in 2008.
Who she'll select as her VP running mate is a hugh ?

Much as I like and respect Condi, I pray we never have a female Prez. God has other ideas about our leadership and if it comes down to a woman or a woman, we are heading down hill.
