When Bono and The Edge from U2 opened their brief headlining set with the line, “When the rain comes, you might as well be dead”, Mr Clinton looked as if he agreed. Neither did it help that his wife appeared unwilling to share her umbrella with him.

Hard to believe in this day and age of modern methods of weather predicting---that someone didn't show the guts to postpone the dedication to a day when a serious storm was not raging. They certainly knew what the weather forecasts were.
