China is conducting an impressive modernization of its armed forces

Paid for by us.

"Paid for by us."

That's why conservatives need to get up off their behinds and demand no aid and trade with Red China (even if we have to oppose Pres. Bush on this one).

In the context of history, communism is just a mere blip on the radar.

You haven't been to California lately, have you? Some talk show hosts are openly discussing the communistic ideology that drives some elected politicians here, especially in San Francisco, and that is driving our state toward destruction.

People openly stating they are communists have been elected to public office, and they are incrementally implementing communistic controls over the people of this state.

Its more in the style of soviet socialism, but it is happening just the same and it is definitely NOT a blip on the radar.

I was referring only to China... in a large context...

I'll take your word on the California thing.

"...most amazingly, Chinese intelligence services have been able to acquire a file of personal data on nearly every inhabitant on the island of Taiwan."

Absolutely nothing amazing about it. That data could have only come from the Taiwan government itself. Let the consequences of this little tidbit of intelligence burn in REAL good. Next time someone spouts off about "having nothing to hide" ask them from whom?

Has anyone checked on the activities of COSCO (China
Ocean Shipping Co.)? They have the U.S. surrounded with
facilities such as the one at the Port Of Los Angeles.

This is within a 20 - 30 mile radius (approx.) from many
major defense/aerospace companies where a lot of research
and development is being done on very advanced items.

I under stand that this deal came about back around 1996
and was backed by who else - the Clintons.!

Don't forget about their virtual take-over of both ends of the Panama Canal!...Oh, and they just sent troops into Haiti...the list goes on and on, actually.

"That data could have only come from the Taiwan government itself. Let the consequences of this little tidbit of intelligence burn in REAL good."

There is no doubt that they have penetrated the Taiwanese government. The question is a matter of which institutions and how deep. You can bet that if they ever attack their sleepers will spring into gear and wreak havoc from within while their military forces attack from the outside...Standard Communist tactics.

Perhaps...for some reason I remember having a lengthy exchange with you, but I can't remember about what. It will come to me. Question, what's your position on Golitsyn? (for some reason my recollection of you revolves around him).

"Nosenko Team?"

Hell no. I'm an Angleton/Golitsyn true believer. I've got plenty of links on them you may or may not have run across. I'd be happy to send them along if you're interested (and vica versa, if you've got any good stuff I can sink my teeth into). Nice to meet yet another person "in the know."
