Brad Owen is a "Scoop Jackson" Democrat.

Correct. In fact, Owen was a Jackson county coordinator when Scoop ran for president in 1976.

And, thank goodness, we did elect a Republican Secretary of State (to replace Gregoire)and Attorney General. The State Treas is a Democrat, but from what I've heard (including conservative talk radio here), he's a good guy.

I heard that Grays Harbor accidentally counted 6,000 votes twice. If that's true, could be good for Rossi since by that map it looks like Grays Harbor is going for Gregoire.

Hey you! I was doing the same over here today. Contacting people who hadn't signed their absentee ballots. Even had a news crew following me around. Managed to locate 2 people; rest were not home.

Keeping my fingers crossed. BTW, the Dems in King County make me SICK!!

Its a short-handed high school football team with 11 guys on the field and 8 on the bench.

The State Treasurer may be a good guy but his dad shops in the store I just quit working for, and he is a Micheal Moore loon.

He said that the reason we were attacked on 9-11 was because Bush alienated the whole world. LOL didn't keep me from voting for his son though. Look at the clown the GOP ran and how could I vote for anybody else.

At least my state rep lost trying to take over public lands commish. Mike Cooper will have to go back to being a firefighter.

They'll have to steal more than that. There are about 12,000 left and about half of those are in solid Rossi counties and that means he wins. With the exception of King County, (Seattle), the Gregoire counties had very close margins and she won't gain many votes from them unless she can magically find them, (possible). The King County votes should all be counted now.

Paleo, I just refreshed Washington Secretary of State page and I do not see the 25 votes you are talking about. What page are you on?
