...some kids were swimming in a West Kendall pool, drinking alcohol and smoking cigars about 11 a.m....If the little delinquents knew that Kerry had lost they wouldn't be celebrating.

Not a big deal. I've been shocked by 10-20KV DC arm to arm. Your body gets used to it once it knows it. Heck, I stick my thumb in light sockets to see if they work. All you feel is a buzz at the end of your thumb. A Kansas farmer showed me that trick!
