I thought I'd post this in honor of 1.0 being released this morning. This may help a lot of the newbies to Firefox.

I was bummed that several of my plugins didn't work! I'll just wait for updates, I reckon!

Google is no friend of conservative issues. Google is a left-coast and left-wing operation. Ask your own questions and find your own answers but don't blindly trust Google.

Yea, I know, I just got used to some.
To be fair, several plugins did work. It will be worth the wait.

And that is one reason I posted this article. It tells you how to insert your favorite search tools into Firefox.

THANK YOU! i thought i was the only one who noticed that googles was a left wing machine. even if you look up right wing info you still only get libral crap. it has gotten worse and worse this year. are we going to have to get our own search engine now?????

"I'm using Mozilla. Happy with it. Should I change?"
I currently use Mozilla and downloaded the Firefox 1.0 this afternoon and had no trouble migrating my bookmarks at all. It was an option which popped up as it installed. I don't think Firefox has an integrated e-mail client, but since I had Mozilla already installed, it just seemed to merge with that.
BUT, I went back to using Mozilla because, although Firefox uses tabbed browsing which is why I switched from IE to Mozilla, I did not see where a group of tabs could be saved as a single bookmark.
Can someone help me out here? In Firefox, can a group of tabs be saved as a single bookmark as can be done in Mozilla?

Thanks for the ping. I'll update Real Soon Now. First order of business is to talk my #2 college girl through a Blue Screen of Death over the phone.
XP told her she needed to install some updates and she trusted it.

I played with it a little bit when it was still Firebird, but I decided to stick with the full Mozilla. Of course, I started at 1.0 and I'm only at 1.5 for that. (Everything is working well, and I don't want to mess things up.) I'll try Firefox when it gets to 1.2

XP told her she needed to install some updates and she trusted it.Yeah, I get a message about every 30 minutes that Microsoft wants to install 'updates'.
It is SP2 and I don't know if I want to or not.
I'm running a good anti-virus and firewall and I don't think SP2 offers anything else I need.
Running Mozilla 1.7, not IE and OE.
