She's hoping for another "Reign of Witches" in 2008 with Hillary.
BARF! Someone get the shovels please!!!
Let me invest in some "big boots" because the BS is getting to high.
But not till Barbra is gone.
This Thomas Jefferson quote has been posted all over liberal sites for the last 4 or 5 days. I doubt Babs had any idea about this quote until hearing others use it.
The rest of her "comments" on that page are very enlightened as well. Thank God we have these Hollywood types to light the way for those of us that can't think for ourselves.
Y'all! Get a grip!
Disregard these folk's political opinion and enjoy their performances. She's got a fairly decent voice, the he has an entertaining show.
If you listen to or read political comments they make that upset you, it's your own fault.
EVERYONE IN THIS THREAD MUST RESPOND IN ALL CAPS LIKE SHE HAS POSTED ON HER WEBSITE...SO WE CAN GET THE SHRILL EFFECT GOING!
I'm not sure she's ever had an original thought. She's dumb and dumber....simultaneously.
So, BS says the "Reign of Witches will pass". Does that mean Hillary Rotten Clinton (aka the Hildabeast), Diane Feinswine, Barbara Mikulski, Patti 'Osama Mama' Murray, etc. will eventually lose their seats in the Senate?
We can only hope.
Hey Babs, don't you remember, TJ owned SLAVES!
this was the same quote that was posted on DU by Elizabeth Edwards (who knows if it was really her or not)
here is the link regarding that post on FR http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/1271894/posts
Is there a more inconsequential person in America right now than Barbra Streisand? Oh Yeah, Michael Moore........
Ha, when I saw the Drudge headline my first thought it was about her and the other Hollywood Stepford-InfoTainment wives!
What a 'Funny Girl' she is...
Hillary Clinton -Janet Reno- Madeline Albright-Donna Shalala
The rule of these witches has already 'passed over'
And a host of femanazis and Marxists appointed as federal prosecutors after the Clintons fired all the previous administrations appointees
No doubt there is a fresh crop waiting in the wings...chomping at the bit....
Lesbianism, witchcraft and abortion promotion seem to go hand in glove....we all pretty much know 'witch' party favors all three....and promotes all three.
imo
As I posted in another thread on the same subject:
If the 1798 letter by Jefferson the "reign of witches" he was referring to was the rule of New Englanders over the Southerners, a rule which Jefferson implied was despotic. Then, as now, the majority of the nation was republican, yet the minority New Englanders were somehow in power (but only for a short time). Republican rule began a few years later when Jefferson won the presidency.
Jefferson also wrote in his first Inaugural Address (1801):
"Still one thing more, fellow citizens: a wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities."
Ask Streisand to read that quote and tell us if she still believes Jefferson's ideology is the same as her radical leftwing views.
Dude;
She doesn't have a good voice, her personality is awful and her stage presence leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion, disregarding her childlike political views.
The point is that these people all speak the same talking points at the same time. It all stems back to the DNC and how they issue new statements each morning for the useful idiots and fellow travellers to parrot each day.
No intelligence. No reason. Just spew. The reason that there is so much anger and resentment on the left is that they are mirroring their leaders' anger and resentment at being increasingly shut out of power. As the ant royalty goes, so go the workers. None of the worker drones have any real input into how the anthill works; nor do worker bees have any input into how the hive works. They just mirror the royal caste and magnify and display the emotions that the royalty have.
Carville is calling for the Democratic Party to be born again. Not in substance, just in policy. He still thinks that the Republicans won on security alone - protecting people from the terrorists in Tikrit and the homos in Hollywood. Let him. Let them all think that way.
This comes down to the age old contest between the drone and the individual; between the slave and the free; between the Marxist and the capitalist. We won by an increasing margin (over the last 3 elections). Streisand and her ilk wish the freedom of slavery upon us. All speaking the same cliches, the same phrases and the same talking points. It's up to us where we go.
