But provisional voters would be voting across a slate of issues the same way regular voters would so if 19000 votes are at issue it could effect a number of close issues including the presidential issues!
so what? I read the posts for what they are, not the date the poster joined the FR. Many posters with 'joined dates' of more than a year have less to say than some of the newbies.
