Believe as you will. They're both unproven speculations. One speculation has a track record of being unproven for thousands of years. The other speculation was first presented a mere nineteen years ago and is progressing towards validation.
Also, with increasing advances in extending human longevity, in a few decades low-cost, mass-marketed youth-rejuvenating biologic immortality will leave speculative haven in the dust. You can disagree all you want but it won't stop the ever increasing momentum towards achieving immortality here on Earth.
BTW, despite you repeatedly saying there's nothing for us discuss because I don't believe as you do you keep replying. Apparently you've chosen to expand your limited world view.
I recall Carl Sagan on a call-in talk show when a frantic caller asked, "When did you say the sun would expand and burn up the earth?"
"About 10 billion years", Sagan replied.
"Thank God," the relieved caller responded. "I thought you said 10 million."
