Ahh, but this is a new, dressed up version of "Progressive".
Instead of, "...to each according to his need, and from each according to his ability...", we have, "...to the world according to it's need, and from America the resources to fulfill that need".

From the facts you can't use department, there's a town in Maine named Belfast whose newspaper, interestingly enough, is called The Republican Journal.

I have not yet found the link to send them a letter, but I will.

If you look in the upper left hand corner of the site, you'll find a "Contact Us" box. That's how you send your letter. Its a form you have to fill out and it doesn't let you specify your country of origin, but it's better than nothing :-)
