Fist let mecorrect some bad information I gave you. The percentage of counties voting for President Bush is 81%, not 83%.
In those counties, the population is apprx. 160,000,000+. In the 19% of counties that voted for sKerry, the population is apprx. 130,000,000+
The Bush "counties" are also INCREASING in population, and the sKerry counties are DECREASING in population. That is GOOD news!!
Interesting, isn't it??? And it certainly disputes a lot of liberal myths......

I'm surprised how many people do actually live in those 19% counties. Guess city lights can dazzle...
For myself, I'm here with a metro area of close to one million other people, but desperately wanting to move back to a small town where life is normal!
Hopefully, I'll get to do that soon.
I hope you get your wish soon, for the small town life.
Big cities are so dirty, crowded, noisey and crime ridden......UGH!!
