What I want to know is: what in heck am I going to do with myself for the next three and a half years? I've been spending so much time and energy on following this campaign, I have a weird empty feeling inside. What is my purpose in life, if not to get Bush reelected?

I need to reassess the meaning of life.

#1 W win
#2 Liberal lose
#3 Senate seats gained
#4 House seats gained
#5 rubbing in it royally to the libs at work for the last year been bashing bush.

I pick all of the above

I am ecstatic even more that the Left lost.

It's hard not to be, after months of enduring their shrill, bitter attacks on our intelligence and character. I wanted the smug look wiped off their distorted mugs as much as I wanted W to win. Especially, those from "entertainers" (the DNC politicians and pundits were pretty much doing their jobs). F@#k you, Springsteen! Eat me, Clooney! FOAD, Howard Stern! Pack your bags, Babs!

The DU crowd losing is the chopped nut sprinkles on the top of my Bush win sundae. Daschle is the whipped cream.

I feel like Hannity put it today. He said he is very happy and relieved and there are people out there who want to kill us and our loved ones. Too much is at stake. He said America had the backbone to vote for President Bush and he is glad. He said we saw through the baloney and the truth. He thanked especially Ohio and Florida for SAVING THE COUNTRY FROM JOHN F. KERRY!

Let us ask Ghengis Khan.

Ghengis, I think our greatest joy is that of Bush winning? What do you think?

You are mistaken. The greatest joy a man can know is to conquer his enemies and drive them before him. To ride their horses and take away their possessions. To see the faces of those who were dear to them bedewed with tears, and to clasp their wives and daughters in his arms.

"how sweet is that victory when we annihilated the enemy, because that is how I look at the libs."

I agree. Twice in my life I have sworn an oath to protect the Constitution against all enemies, foreign or DOMESTIC.

Know what? The Left will have to rethink its ways if it wants to "reconquer" whatever they think they had and lost. They have to realize mainstream America is not liberal!

I don't see how the two are separate. It's a bit like Kerry saying Iraq isn't part of the WOT. I'm thankful Bush won because he understands the treats facing the US and isn't scared to confront them, and I'm relieved the Dems lost because it makes Bush's task that much easier to complete.

I worked phones and walked nieghborhoods this year,Ive never ever done that before.I felt deeeeep down our nation is in trouble and it was up to all of us to do our part to stave off the barbarions at the gates. President Bush is a straight talker who won my heart a long ago on 9-11.he had me all along but 9-11 The President stood tall as a leader. So iam happy the President won,and think the lib's need a timeout so to do a bit of reflecting although i dont really think they will and they wont win anyones heart in this country intill they do some serious soul searching.
So im sooo happy for the President today and dont feel real bad for the lib's.
