Absolutely she would..but right now..it's NOT about the energy bill...it's about moving the judicial nominations to the floor for votes...remember Rehnquist?..it's not a hypothetical anymore..

No, ALL the Republicans are moderate (unless you were suggesting that they were liberal). What would be nice would be some less liberal Republicans.
