The names were supposed to have been updated, a judge refused the GOP request because Broward promised upated list by 7:00 A.M.

When was the last day of early voting? In Texas it was on Friday. Our counties had four days after early voting to get things right. Actually all the voting lists for my county are in a database at the county courthouse. The early voting locations had a secure link to the courthouse, and every voter who showed up and voted was immediately marked as having voted. It would have been impossible for a voter to show up at other early voting locations and vote. The technology they were using looked like late eighties or early nineties vintage.

I think the counties of southern Florida are diliberately maintaining obsolete systems to maximize potential for fraud. There is no good reason why there can't be an online system to keep track of all registered voters and whether or not they have voted.

Department of Justice. Someone else posted info on letting the GOP know: The Republican National Committee has formed a hotline [1-866-NOT-TRUE] and Web site [http://democratattacks.com] to report supposed Democratic attacks and dirty tricks.

"The list is not updated in Dade, I don't know if Broward kept their word to the judge."

As far as I can tell, it wasn't updated in Broward either.

I went to the polls to vote. Knowing my husband voted early, I was suprised to see his name still on the list. I asked the worker how she know if someone voted early and her response was "I don't know". When I questioned the Election Clerk and Deputy , they proceeded to check things and told me that the chances were slim that someone would vote 2x. There were no safeguards to avoid double voting. I told the Bush HQ people as well as called the Miami Dade election office. I have received a call from a Bush lawyer and understand they are on their way to the precint (739 in Miami). So much for checking in and cancelling out. I guess the election workers are in on the fraud and think we are stupid.

Surely that can't be correct that they will allow the double vote to count.

How will they know? It shouldn't be allowed to count. How can it be remedied now? Luckily I contacted the authorities early in the morning.

Well, you and I are the sovereigns of this Republic. We each have one legitimate vote. When the democraps pack the ballot box with fraudulent votes they disenfranchise your legitimate vote, thus committing treason against the sovereign. What's the solution for treason????

Democraps lied to the judge? ... Surely you jest, democraps never commit fraud on election day ... just ask Nixon, from the first run against Kennedy. But be careful my friend ... if you accuse democraps of fraud, the union goons will pay a visit and you may be in leg casts for a few weeks, if they don't just stop with slashing your tires.

You beat me by a few hours. I voted in the afternoon of Oct. 18. There was only one person ahead of me in line, and she was already being helped when I got there. I sure hope the Europeons are depressed tomorrow.

This is exactly what the dems wanted. Military votes may make the difference.
