I'm not sure this is as devious as it might be. Did they think that noone would notice? I imagine that the purpose is not to sway the election with false votes, but instead cast doubt on the outcome.
I mean really, let's say they were all in there for Kerry. Would that mean that the Dems are committing idiotic vote fraud, or that the GOP is trying to set up the Dems for a fall.
Here in Tulsa, the Dems stole their own yard signs and put them on the GOP lawn. This may be something similar to that. Or it may be simple idiocy on behalf of the election commission.

With THAT many machines scatered around w/ "pre-votes", PLANTED now sounds like a very apt word to use.
I wonder how many were not discovered this morning like that.. in FLA and ohio, let alone PA.
After we "Mondale" Kerry, our new congress in 2005 should move to make election fraud an act of treason. The punishment must be so severe that only suicidal rats would even think of it.

All the votes are probably all for Bush. Democrats probably just put them there so they can say "LOOK WHAT THOSE EVIL REPUBLICANS DID." HA.
This bothers me. I love the Union Oyster House. Now I won't enjoy it as much any more.
If you go there, though, forget the Indian Pudding(or do they now call it Native American pudding?) . It is much better at Durgin Park across from Quincy Market. The stuff takes some getting used to, though.

One incident occurred at 2601 N. 11th St., Philadelphia, Pa: Ward 37, division 8... pollwatchers uncovered 4 machines with planted votes; one with over 200 and one with nearly 500... A second location, 1901 W. Girard Ave., Berean Institute, Philadelphia, Pa, had 300+ votes already on 2 machines at start of day... INCIDENT: 292 votes on machine at start of day; WARD/DIVISION: 7/7: ADDRESS: 122 W. Ha, ha. The mayor of Philly was on the news this past weekend saying he could "deliver" over 100K votes for Kerry.
Now I know what he meant.
Just wanted to make sure you see this...
