Man, is this a downer or what?!
They aren't even cheering when he finishes a song.
THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO VOTE!!!
Thanks for the heads up. Watched W. at SMU and it did my heart good to see him, to see the crowd love him, and to keep my faith that he will be our Pres. for 4 more years. I can go to bed tonight with a hopeful feeling inside.
I was thinking exactly the same thing tonight while watching the Dallas rally! The GOP base is so fired up!! Proverbs says, without a vision the people will perish. Bush gives people a vision - they love him for it -- all Kerry gives people is a headache and heartburn!
Bruce needs to STFU and sing. Course, his depressing music really makes Kerry look exciting.
...and another thing, why does he need sheet music to play Born to Run? ...and when did Born to Run become a funeral dirge?
Brooks & Dunn and the Oakridge Boys made almost no political comments at the President's rally today. They seem to understand that politicians talk about politics and musicians play music.
I suppose we can be thankful for one thing- the differences between Bush and Kerry couldn't be any clearer. People will have to make a definite choice between left and right ideology.
At least the democrats aren't pretending to be conservative like they have in other elections. I'm hoping and praying the people will make the "right" choice.
I can't believe I'm staying up to see this. I just want to see how many start streamin' out when Effin takes the stage.
It's a shame I use to like him once, deleted his songs from my computer. I hope they don't mistake me for a Kerry voter and try to slide me some crack outside after polling. lol
Please no one label me as a doom and gloomer - but I have never been more nervous in my life. There is so much at stake...does our country understand this?
Take a look at this cartoon and I think it says it all (see the one for October 31 - but the one for November 1 is good too).

Which will prevail, the safety of our country, or the irrational hatred of GWB?
In my calmer moments, I come to the conclusion that a Bush defeat means a Michael Moore/Osama Bin Laden/EU/UN/CBS/NYT victory. And I'm not willing to believe that our country would be that stupid (yet). I'm praying that God will give us what we need and not what we deserve...
But I will be at the booth early tomorrow a.m. and will be glued to the t.v. tomorrow night like the rest of us, I imagine - more than likely I'll watch it on FOX but might switch around to other channels...
Me too - I love this man - I could easily watch him FOUR MORE YEARS! I wasn't that crazy about him before this election, but to watch him go through all the smears and dirt thrown at him, and watch him walk tall and resolutely and PRESIDENTIALLY through it all -- it has truly inspired my love and respect. I believe that he will be looked upon by history as one of our greatest presidents. Look how they hated Reagan at the time he was bringing down the Berlin Wall and winning the Cold War! Look how Kerry loves to drop his name all the time - although he is unworthy of having the word Reagan on his lips - even though he said at the time that the presidency of Reagan was an era of moral darkness. Kerry IS moral darkness!

AWESOME!!!!!!!!
I couldn't agree more!!!! I am a military mom who's son returned from Iraq last fall and I have been on bended knee ever since. Not only for our son, but for ALL of our military men and women stationed here and around the world! Our son entered Iraq at the very beginning of the war and I'd like to slap every whining anti-war, liberal upside the head for supporting Kerry! I watched President Bush's campaign rally tonight and I tell ya, I was cheering and dancing around the living room! It's a cold, snowy, windy night here in Interior "BUSH!!" Alaska, and I've never felt warmer!
I don't know what that's like. :-(
I wonder if he will be playing "Taps" its only fitting you know, maybe on their way out.
I wonder if they promised the kids Bruce would come back after sKerry's speech just so they'll stick around?
They way they were reacting to his singin' & preachin', it doesn't seem like that would keep 'em there.
Michael Moore (big fat stupid white man), MSM, George Soros, Michael Moore, MSM, George Soros, etc., etc., etc.
No, better, its like the day before a wedding!
I know what it's like.....it's that first night together after saying "I Do". teehee Did someone say orgasmic?
"Chena's son" just got added to my "Thank you, Lord" list!
Theresa is making a concession speech. It's too funny.
A few observations. I could tell Bush was exhausted, but he so obviously feeds off the crowd that it allows him to go the extra mile and keep the excitement high. His voice is almost shot; if you listened to him, he was sounding thick of tongue, the words came out but sounded mushy. Poor guy. It's very lucky for him that he has such a strong voice. It's like the energizer bunny, it just keeps going. Bush and Laura looked relieved to be back on home turf. They were now in Texas, from whence they come, and my guess is it was the happiest event they've been to during the entire campaign, as it was the last one, and it was amongst people who love him and Laura. I wish President Bush a landslide victory, or close to it, and may he get a good night's sleep. Now it's up to us. VOTE!
Psalm 23:4
Yea, thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.
