Do y'all remember Bush's last stop on election eve 4 years ago?
It was about this time of night, he landed in Arkansas...Texarkan I believe. His supporters were
gathered in a huge hangar. They were going nuts as
his plane arrive.
Then he started walking up the walkway and the speakers
were playing "Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow"! Freepers
were asking, why the heck are they playing the Toon's theme
song?!
Just as GW reached the stage, it sounded like a needle screeched across a record...the music stopped...and then the speakers blared out the Who's "WON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN"!

I am a disenfranchised supporter. :( I got within 200 feet of the door before they locked Moody Coliseum. By my estimate, there were at least 1000 people left outside. The good thing is.... that left 100 people to shout down the 100 or so unwashed, SMU student Kerry supporters that were protesting across the street.
