I just heard on Michael Medved Show that the true translation is truly "State" not at all meaning "Nation".

Seems every few years some renegade country or petty tyrant needs a remedial course on the topic of American Resolve.
Bin Laden has proven to be an especially slow learner.

In short, John F. Kerry has piled up a mountain of endorsementsfrom those who hate America.Yep. Absolutely.

Bin Laden has proven to be an especially slow learner. Likewise regarding his followers in the Democratic Party.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. The fact that al-Queda's attempt to influence our elections is a videotape full of threats that reads like crib notes of "Farenheit 9/11" instead of an attack on American soil is evidence in and of itself at how damaged the al-Queda operation is.

In contrast, President Bush has primarily had the endorsement of two groupsour heroic military men and women, and average Americans across this country. You know who they arethe ones who pay the bills and the taxes, remain faithful to their wives and husbands, raise strong kids, fly the American flag, and actually love this country. Yeah, those people.

"Americans are beginning to see that indeed character does matter. Our President is a man of character, because he fears God, not men. He certainly has no fear of the Coward and his minions. Nor do real Americans."
Alas, I can't say I agree with the author of this piece.
This election should be a slam-dunk no-brainer.
A pair of sleezy, slippery, attorney types, the lead having had no administrative experience worthy of record, a nebulous military record, a disgraceful Senate background in the area of national security, a record of mendacious criticism of our military forces while they are in action, a career as a gigolo, with a Gold-Digging wife who looks, acts and thinks as if she is totally lacking in any class, intelligence, charm, wit, or beauty - external or internal -
is actually running a squeeker race against a paragon of patriotism, decency and class.
We may not, as a group be the Spaniards, but we are perilously close.
And I fear what future elections will bring.

Looks like he covered everything and everybody, don't it. Strange how obvious the division in America is becoming. It really is 'us' v 'them.' Who'd a thought after 200 and some odd years it would come to this? But this time around, the enemy doesn't wear red coats...except for the ACORN bunch.
