§117. PUNISHMENT OF INDIVIDUALS CONVICTED OF TERRORISM

a. Capital punishment shall automatically be available as possible punishment. There shall be no appeal of a capital sentence for the crime of terrorism.

b. A sentence of execution shall be carried out on the second Monday after sentence has been passed. Sentence shall be carried out by public hanging.

b.1. In the County of Philadelphia, the use of a public firing squad may be used as an alternate option to the sentence of hanging for the crime of terrorism.

c. The heads of any felons executed for the crime of terrorism within the borders of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall be displayed on wooden poles between six (6) and ten (10) feet tall at the Commonwealth's borders. Border locations shall be chosen by lot from all State and Federal highways having annual traffic of ten-thousand vehicles per day or greater. Such display shall take place no later than thirty (30) days after date of execution. Displays shall remain for a period of five (5) years.

c.1. A permanent roadside sign shall be placed next to executed terrorist displays showing the criminal's name, offense, and date of execution.

d. Individuals convicted of terrorism shall automatically cede any and all assets to their victims. Assets shall be divided equally on a per-person basis.
