All these fat (excuse me, obese) people are liable to suddenly tilt the earth, and then where will we all be?
Amidst earthquakes, tidal waves, and global warming.
We must march on McDonalds and Burger King!
Fat people of the world, arise! You have nothing to lose but your double chins!

Well there is no doubt that obesity is out of control. How I differ from the big-government liberals is how to deal with it. Liberals want to inflict more government programs on us, ban fast food, foist upon us the FDA food pyramid and other nutty ideas.
As one who conquered obesity in 2003 (and I shall continue to fight it off for the rest of my life), I believe that it is a matter of personal responsibility. I get out to exercise (walk) several miles a day, I shun supermarket packaged foods and try to only eat fresh food with honest ingredients. If you only avoid foods that contain hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup, you are doing your body a big favor and your trips to the supermarket will take much less time because you can avoid most of the inner aisles.
When I do groceries, I just stay on the perimeters and get all the fresh meat, fish, eggs, cheese, yogurt, vegetables, berries and nuts that I can eat.

Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.

In AFRICA? What are they doing, taunting the locals?
"Hey, starving person! Look how fat I am!"
They haven't seen anything like that since Sally Struthers came to town.

I'd skip the "special sauce" if you're in San Fran.

Perhaps the governments should start to ration food !!
