I was working in Iran as an American defense contractor during the Shah's reign, his departure and the arrival of the Ayatollah Khomeini. The actions that I remember did not happen exactly as cited in the article. The Ayatollah was certainly not surprised as his Revolutionary Guard was everywhere and very difficult to deal with. There certainly were fractured groups that tried to seize power in some areas, but it was quickly stifled by the Revolutionary Guards. I agree that Jimmy Carter was the worst President that we have had to date.

These "Quasi-Religious Leaders,-These "Mullahs"" SHOULD live in "QUIVERING FEAR" that their "Sacred Places" are at IMMINENT RISK of "THERMONUCLEAR ANNIHILATION!!"

After Their Treatment of our Representatives (GUARANTEED PROTECTION by their "Governments"), these ANIMALS deserve NO "Consideration!"

The "So-Called "Leaders"" of these "Muslim Animals" should be BEGGING US, NOT to Destroy the Symbols of their "Alleged Religion!"

They should be "Falling Over Themselves" to turn in the Psychopaths Kidnapping & Murdering Westerners!!

Perhaps the Thermonuclear Loss of one of Their "Holy Cities" might persuade them that Jimmy Carter is NO LONGER "President" of America.

These Psychotic, Quasi-Religious Psychopaths need a "Kick in the Teeth!!"

Until these "Jerkweeds" are TERRIFIED, More of us will die!

"The 'Old Man in the Cocked Hat'" needs to rise above a Place these Psychopaths deem "Holy!"

Until that event occurs, the "Islamofascists" will continue to murder us-----They DO NOT FEAR US!!

The ONLY WAY we can stop the psychotic behavior of these terrorists is to TERRIFY THEM!

MECCA, MEDINA, or Qom must CEASE TO EXIST--in SUCH a VIOLENT FASHION that NO "MUSLIM" would EVER DARE to Challenge or Harm "The West" again.

Sorry, Guys, I just believe that the "Bad Guys" need to be FAR MORE SCARED OF US than We are of Them!

I read this book Terrorism and Democracy last year and it provides great insight into the profound weakness of Carter's administration. The author is Stansfield Turner, who was the director of the CIA during the Carter administration.

Pacifist does not even come close to describing Carter. And, unfortunately, I think John sKerry would be even worse.

Nov. 4th will be the 25th anniversary of the 1979 takeover of our embassy.

The war with Islam is 25 years old.

Dates are important to Bin Laden. Let's hope that Nov. 4th is not a new date for whatever his video signifies to be triggered.

And it would be just after the election.

I have always felt we should have dropped a rather large Nuclear Weapon in the Great Salt Desert south of Tehran just to get their attention, and inform the Tehran Government of a list of targets that would be eliminated over the next seven days. The first target would be a rather small military installation with minimal civilian population. The next day would be a larger one with more civilians population. Ground Zero for the seventh bomb should have been the American Embassy in Tehran, with the largest bomb in our arsenal.

What most people do not remember is that the Russian Embassy in Tehran was also taken over for a very brief time. The Russian Secretary of State Gromyko informed the Iranian government that the bombers were on the way. The Russian hostages were immediately released.

As corrupt a President as Clinton was, I have never
forgotten his failure to avenge ANYTHING (oh, I forgot
the day Monica Lewinsky was to testify in court; he
bombed a tent or a camel or something.)

Exactly! I shall never forget the day that the Cole was bombed. We were in Va. Beach at the time and our children knew people on that boat. The phone started ringing it was have you heard anything from so and so? The whole Hampton Roads was in shock. Not only did Clinton do anything, except tears at photo-ops, but only the Burger King Corporation in Hampton Roads Area did any thing monetarily for the dead and injured. Quite different when it is New Yorkers.

The war with Islam and our country for many years. When my husband was stationed in French Morocco, He had to sleep next to his plane, because the Muslims would try to destroy them. This was during peace time, after Korea and before Viet Nam.
