Man I remember I though then and I think now , something had to have really been weird for several Russians to be killed by American military and the Russian's didn't even complain. IMO this was always one of the greatest unanswered questions of the invasion. Why was a Russian convoy running in the middle of the night trying to escape into Iran as the Americans closed in around Baghdad. Looks like we are FINALLY going to get a answer. No thanks to the NYTABCNBCCBS traitors.

The Iraq troops trusted to cover the withdrawal probably would have the newer 5.45x39 rifles, which are the same caliber bullet as the US M-16. You might have expected the Americans to use heavier stuff, like .308 or .50 Cal machine guns...

As crazy as this may sound to some -

Security Counsil members opposing us in invading Iraq wanted us to do exactly what we did - it was a setup. Sanctions had to end one way or another for business reasons (plus bringing us down in world opinion).

Putin admitted to being primary source to us of imminent danger from Iraq.

France promised us they would back us and left Powell looking like a fool.
