Derrida is an intellectual con artist, and believers of his 'philosophy' are academic losers and political liars. Derrida's 'deconstruction' is a fancy word for "no it isn't", and has about that much validity as an argument.

There was a movie that came out in the late 80s that predicted this movement--it was called "Head Office". In one scene, the main character (Judge Rheinhold) starts off in an entry level, complaint department job. He is soon beset by fringe groups protesting Company policies. One such group is Feminist Soybean Farmers against Whaling, Domestic Violence, and Zionism. "Whaling is violence, violence is chavanism, chavanism is Zionism"!
