Very clever. Kurtz uses the column to cite a litany of charges against Bush under the guise of a news story. No mention is made of Rathergate, the Halperin memmo, or the fact that Bush was interviewed by Russert. Or the MSM's biased coverage of Iraq, Abu Grahib, etc.

Sounds to me like the Forehead is trying to stigmatize any upcoming indictments as "political retribution" in the hopes that the DOJ will be too intimidated to proceed. I can hardly wait.
