Thought I'd post this as a Vanity after seeing all the threads about Bush/Cheney yard signs being defaced and stolen. More "random acts of kindness" from the party of "diversity and tolerance". The repaint job for this guys car could run into well over a thousand. If anyone wants to contact the author go to the alt.autos.studebaker newgroup, look at the thread from 10/22/04 titled: Election Prodiction O.T. (Political), and scroll to the 4th comment from Avanti_Ken and you can email him (there is no link, if you don't know how to acess newsgroups, do some net' research...they are part of many email programs if you know how to configure for them)

When I first voted for Barry Goldwater in 1964, there was none of this destruction of others' property. Today, I hate to say it, I'd never put a bumper sticker on my car. I do put a static sticker inside the window when travelling, but remove it when parked. The dems are a pathetic lot, aren't they. I'd never "key" my opponents car.

The party of tolerance.
I have a hat with W on it, as well as a "W04" sticker on my car. I'm finding that most people I encounter don't know what the "W" stands for.

It seems like there ought to be a way for all of the people who had their cars keyed to get free stickers and t-shirts saying, "a person of tolerance and diversity keyed my car" if they send in a quality set of jpegs of the car. These should then be posted on a website and put together in one of those "forward to the world" emails.

A close friend has a beautiful two door gloss black bathtub tastefully flamed Merc flattie lead sled with all the period "Go Fast" stuff including dual spots and the mandatory Red with White dot dice.A glass door bathtub? Is this indoors or outdoors?

I think a lot of posters on car related boards are not that politically savvy and don't necessarily understand the terms...the guy IS volunteering at a Bush office...

I've heard "W" stands for Wong....but I heard this from a moron.

He is most probably describing a 1949 or 1950 2 door Mercury coupe, the kind of car often associated with James Dean in the "Rebel Without A Cause" movie.

The people who believe the big bang created the universe certainly could believe someone might have tripped and accidentally caused this damage.
I am certain they are very sorry and would have stopped to offer money or insurance info but there happened to be a helpless puppy in the middle of the highway near the Outback. It was a matter or stay for your crappy paint job or save another innocent life.
I really feel sorry for these liberals who have so many dilemmas and hard decisions.

Suggestion if you feel like some exercise. Park it in a public place, walk away and watch from a distance for a while. Have appropriate fun when the thugs arrive....

I was thinking the same thing...I would never refer to myself as a "repug". That's what I called my local paper, "The Arizona Repugnant (Republic). They've endorsed Bush so now I'm being a little nicer to them. :)

Thanks for the link to the thread. I had forgotten that you could access newsgroup threads via Google.

My friends car had dog crap smeared all over it because of his signs for W. He washed it, and hung all new signs/stickers. F them dems.
