Kerry doesn't meet the requirements to be Senator, no less President. No he hasn't been convicted of TREASON. but IMHO meets all the criteria spelled out in the Constitution, therefore he should be out!

I've decided to send Empire Journal a contribution even though I am low on funds. They are exposing Greer with hard evidence and I want to help.

Who you decide to send your money to is your business, but thanks for sharing.

Postings on this forum about how Greer is untouchable is not helping Terri.

Just as your postings on this forum about Scientology, or criticizing Pat Anderson's work (from a non-lawyer, yet), and suggesting that Pam Hennesey is altering pictures of Terri posted to the terrisfight.org website (in order to either "demonize" Terri, or the Schindlers) or of herself (in order to send some subliminal demonic "message"?) decidedly does not help Terri...and yet you do that.

We all do what we think is best for Terri, including you, each doing the best we can.

Thanks for your post. Exactly what I told someone would happen, did happen.

You're welcome.

Your scripture choice is especially interesting considering what has happened since you posted it. Best wishes to you. Take care.

'This was mentioned last year. I recall it clear as day, sure it was Ethan Allen but we weren't sure how/where to verify and it was dropped I guess because no one could answer that question.'

My apologies, while I always have Terri on my mind, and have tried to help in other ways, I for the most part took a hiatus from FR for a while. I am jumping around trying to catch up. Maybe you already have this info I am going to give. I was just reading some of the articles at theempirejournal, which I found very interesting, since this problem with judges sounds very much like a case I have been following involving child abuse by the State of Oregon, and accompanying stonewalling and operating without a lawful oath by a judge in that case. I was a little surprised to see this new interest in the lack of a lawful oath on the part of Greer, since I KNEW it had been brought up previously. I remembered bringing it up last when someone, I don't remember which one of you good people, started a petition against Greer, and I questioned them about leaving out the part about the oath. To make a long story short, I just did a quick search and came up with these. pc93 first discovered it, I believe. I was just repeating it. Maybe you have already found this by now, but I STILL have a lot of windows, and crashed once today, and thought I'd throw this in while I still had it. I've traced it back this far, but am afraid to go back any further for fear of crashing:

Open letter to Gov. Bush on Terri Schindler-Schiavo

Here's a little something else that may have bearing on this fiasco, sinky:
Judge George Greer may not legally be a Judge in his current capacity
"Also, Judge Greer did not qualify to be on the 1998 ballot because he did not "qualify" in the statutorily-prescribed 5 day period. Nor did he file his FS876.05 Oath to the Laws and Constitution according to its nonexistence [based on] the records of where it should have been filed."

Don't know if this helps at all.

There was this comment on theempirejournal re Greer:

'And then there’s the matter of what employee or employees allowed the improper oath to be filed and Greer to be placed on the ballot. Those individuals are subject to prosecution as provided by law.'

I was following some things yesterday, and happened to print out a page on the Clerk of the Court of Pinellas County. I'm not sure, but it MIGHT appear to be this sweet-looking lady who is in charge of that:

http://www.pinellasclerk.org/aspInclude2/ASPInclude.asp?page/Name=duties.htm Now I am typing that, but I am not absolutely sure it is correct, and it did not come up on the computer I am working on tonight which had its google zapped. I am afraid if I tried to type the URL and pull it up, it just might push my computer over the edge. Title is 'Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida'. The clerk (and I can't tell if she is the current one) reads Karleen F. De Blaker.

Now, the search engine on THIS computer has a couple of interesting entries, but I can't read them because they are in pdf. Maybe you can find something promising there.

The oath is one thing but what really concerns me is the American flag in his courtroom. Does it have gold fringe?

Interesting that you mentioned the gold fringe on the flag. I recently read something about its significance but have forgotten what I read. Will you please educate me on its meaning? Thanks.

It's got something to do with the type of justice the particular judge would delve out if the fringe exists. The fringees are divided some say Marshall law and some say Maritime law would guide the judge.

Sorry, I happened by your old thread by accident, confusing it with one I thought I saw posted earlier today. My comment was meant to be a smartass remark. I've seen the anarchists in Grants Pass and Eugene engage in "judge's oath" lawsuits that go nowhere. The fringe issue surfaces regularly with them too.
