I think this is great. I am not a fan of either team, but do not like the Yankees, glad the Sox won.....for the record I am in California, like the Giants and the A's second...lol

My fear exactly. Hope the GOP has something to spin it back on him. His comments from August I saw posted earlier about he'd rather win the White House might be a good first step. The other hope is that the Astros meet the Sox in the WS and take them four straight.

If the Sox winning the World Series *somehow* garnered support for John Kerry SUCH THAT he subsequently won the election, would you still want the Sox to win? If the American voting public is so utterly stupid that they'd let a baseball game affect how they vote, then we're going to be eventually doomed no matter who wins.
