Perhaps this time the Spanish government will implement it's new programs. Prayer rug distribution to all citizens, burkas to all women, and no more school for girls.

Gosh! And I thought that because the Spanish populace had indirectly extended a hand of peace via electing the wussiest candidate on the board that peace was all but guaranteed for them.
Oops!!
Now they have a wuss in power and the terrorists just aren't playing fairly. Maybe they should call Little Johnny Edwards and have them served!
