Bump for later.
Sierra Wasp = Another dysfunctional old white guy!
SW, it is good to be back with all of the old dsyfunctional white guys.
I gained two pounds just reading the good products that General Mills has.
My mother got us hooked on these things! They are not to be confused with some other nasty frozen biscuits. These are wonderful!
Cheap thrills, eh?
Know what you mean. The adult daughter was married and moved out by the time all three of ours were in their full-blown teens. Oh yes, we really know what you mean ... not to mention the mysteriously disappearing ramen, peanut butter & jelly, bread, MILK, ice cream, and various other foodstuffs both nutritious and not-so-nutritious (mainly this stuff - Mom's a soft touch sometimes just like me) LOL!
Oh, by the way ... I have a clean spoon here, y'understand, and I was just wondering if you wouldn't mind my reaching over there for just a little bit of that Haagen-Daz you are testing for us ... just a little bit here on the tip of the spoon, if you don't mind ... please ... :D
I had one boy and two girls, and they all ate well.
Had them in energy consuming activites, basketball for the girls and heavy boy scouting for my son.
He could empty a Frig, I swear.
Course he grew up to his full height early, 6' 4" so he had a lot of body building going on!
I'll gadly share my ice-cream with a freeper....
I fit right in!
It's such a nice warm feeling!
Warm, cuddly, grey, disfunctional Grampas just need a place to fit in.
Thanks - I just sent them an email applauding them for standing by Sinclair and the truth.
My two boys were eating machines...very thin, of course very athletic with HS sports...I used to dread grocery shopping, it always looked like I was buying for a month, instead of a week...
IBM today announced third-quarter 2004 diluted earnings per common share of $1.06 from continuing operations as reported, compared with diluted earnings of $1.02 per share in the same period of 2003, an increase of 4 percent. In September, the company agreed to a one-time, pre-tax charge of $320 million (or 11 cents per diluted share) for the partial settlement of legal claims against IBM's pension plan. Without the one-time charge, IBM's earnings per diluted common share would have been $1.17, an increase of 15 percent.
Third-quarter income from continuing operations was $1.80 billion, an increase of 1 percent compared with $1.79 billion a year ago. Without the one-time charge, IBM's third-quarter income from continuing operations would have been $2.00 billion, an increase of 12 percent. Revenues from continuing operations for the third quarter were $23.4 billion, up 9 percent compared with the third quarter of 2003 revenues of $21.5 billion (and up 1 percent sequentially from $23.2 billion in the second quarter of this year).
Samuel J. Palmisano, IBM chairman and chief executive officer, said: "In what is normally a challenging quarter for the technology industry, IBM delivered one of our strongest third quarters in revenue and earnings growth in recent years. IBM has been gaining momentum throughout the year, and the strength of our integrated business model gives us confidence as we look toward 2005.
You know me... I'll take a cheap shot at anybody! Even my best of FRiends!!!
Ok, ok, I'll straighten my hand, now and behave myself. (grin)
The Russell 2000 index of smaller companies was up 2.81, or 0.49 percent, to 572.23.

Good news Ernest.
Today I caught the tail end of Neil Cavuto's program. He had 2 CEO's on to prove that all CEO's are not demons. One of the CEO made an interesting comment about the CEO's of the 1990's who caused problems and got caught. I caught the end of his remark, and he appeared to tie the bad CEO's in with the Clintoon.
Just got back from the store-Got two packs. I love em
