And to top it all off, you keep our borders wide open so illegal aliens pour in(not to mention al-quida terrorists, no doubt) to suppress wages and take even more jobs away.

And then there's the skilled workers visa programs...

What a crock of **it!

Future generations of Americans will curse free traders forever for selling out their birthrights as free American citizens who once were entitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, things you won't find in a Chinese slave labor camp or an Indian child labor sweatshop.

I read you profile page, interesting to find scripture being quoted. Tell me about the stories of the Canaanite woman that you'll find in Matthew 15:21-28 and in Mark 7:24-30! Tell me how you jive your xenophobia with your Christian understanding. Is it only "love thy neighbor" when that neighbor looks like you? you have the audacity to bring up human rights, how in the heck are these people allowed access to markets, property rights, and freedom if people like you shut them out of the engine that creates wealth - wealth that leads to education, rights, political & religious freedoms. None of the free traders on this thread are in favor of illegal immigration. If we ever finally close down the borders and start sending illegals back in large numbers we will save many billions in current social spending.

The deportation of this cheap labor will also make it possible to employ the American unskilled labor that now collects welfare or resorts to crime. It's even possible that the increased demand for American workers will enable some barely employable workers (math majors, no really) to support themselves.
