BTW, if you really want to know what's going on in Iraq go to
Chrenkoff and look at the right side. Read the Good News From Iraq, he has 12 parts so far, they are a facinating round up of all the projects that are going on and the progress that is being made.

I guess the Iraqi government is OK with outsourcing.8^) That would be true if they stopped or cut back building equipment in Iraq only to have it built elsewhere for the Iraq market.
