Yeah, I know how you feel. But it isn't like it wasn't predictable.

My thoughts were that Bush could probably take a few pointers from Alan when he debates Kerry next time. I don't know...I think the President is doing awesome. He took Kerry apart the other night.
Of course, like tonight, you wouldn't know it from listening to the MSM.

might you be responding to my freepmail anytime before the year 2005?

How did you like the way the "moderators" arranged the born alive infanticide question (final question)? Barf.
Keyes will have to use Ted Kennedy's old trick. "I'm glad you asked me about NAFTA. Now let me explain why my opponent, who supports infanticide, should be disqualified from holding elective office."

The jerk, Mike, on CBS just said that nothing happened tonight that would change the poll number. That Obama's 68% would remain the same. Of course. Who do you believe, the media or your lying eyes?
Unfortunately, propaganda works.

But for certain folks, here at FR and elsewhere, as Scripture says, "Eyes they have, but see not, ears, but hear not. Those who make them are like them." Still, way to go, Alan. Nothing in this life is done utterly in vain.
Well said.

It was great. Alan spanked Obama across the board. Headline tomorrow: Obama and Opponent Battle to Stalemate

Makes you wonder why so many people are fooled by Obama. Free stuff has a way of clouding the mind.

Yeah, I've already seen several articles tonight that totally misrepresent what really happened and what was really said. Yup. Alan has three debates or 4 hours to reach the voters. That's it. But that's more than he's ever been given. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and you were there. Enjoy it friend 8-)

Do the Keyes people believe that they can pull off a comeback? I'd sure love to see it, myself!
To: Constantine XIII
Do the Keyes people believe that they can pull off a comeback? Not unless Obama makes an enormous blunder in the remaining debates. The two televised debates are scheduled just a week before the election. There's no time to build on Alan's success.
Of course, I'm praying for a miracle.
I hope Alan learned one thing from this debate which is that he is going to have to bring up the abortion issue in response to an unrelated question from the media. The journalists asking the questions won't bring up the issue unless they can be sure to preempt the discussion, as they did last night.

My only response is this: With God, all things are possible.
We are doing all that is within our power. The rest is up to the Lord, and to the people of Illinois.
No matter the outcome, I can live with that...and I know that Alan feels exactly the same way.
To: EternalVigilance
Amen.
I'd love to see it!
