USA phones do not work in other countries. It seems fairly logical to me that he would leave it in the US where it might have been used by someone else (while he was out of town).
Why carry a cell phone to a country you cannot use it in.
I leave mine behind every time I go to Italy where I have a cell phone that uses a SIM card.

No matter what logical and correct thing the President says, the DNC spin machine will lie about it.
No matter what logical and correct thing the President says, Kerry will look you in the face and say the President "lied" and he has a better plan.

Kerry is hammering that going into Iraq was unjust and I get the sense people are starting to buy it. This needs to be seen.
