Fabulous. May the trend toward Bush continue.
kerry has apparently lost about 10% of the black vote.
If those trends hold up, there's no way kerry can win.
Maybe the Hispanics finally realize that Kerry considers them "not in his class." I still remember when Theresa made that comment.
It will, of that I am confident. I firmly believe the margin of victory will surprise us, both in the pop vote and the electoral votes.
Again, big crowds for the President.
Very good news. With all the skepticism about minority groups in America, it is a great move to see them starting to take the future of America seriously and taking a hard look at what the liberals really stand for.
And in this election, WHO AND WHAT KERRY REALLY IS !!!!!
The trend is VERY encouraging.
Remember the old Saturday Night Live skit "Quien es mas macho?" If that is the question, you don't have to speak muy bien Spanish to know the answer.
I suspect that they also got tired of Kerry asking "Do you do windows?".
You're right. We are very conservative. If you look at the positions taken by the Hispanic community, we are more in line with the Republicans than with the Democrats, except in Immigration...but that will change with time. More and more, I hear in our community that Bush is admired and Kerry is a laughingstock. Quien es mas macho? BUSH!! Que viva Bush!
Perceived as weak - maybe because he *is* weak?
I am seeing more Hispanic support of Bush here in Texas. I hope it is indicative of other states.
The Hispanic vote will deliver Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico to Bush. You can see fear in Bill Richardson's eyes when Univision's Jorge Ramos asks him about his "loyalty" to Kerry. Very soon Richarson will be saying Hasta La Vista to Kerry to save his skin.
Thank the Catholic church for some of that. The bishops may be wishy-washy, but the parish priests around here have made no bones about the MORAL obligation to vote your faith. Many of my Latino friends are openly supporting Bush and the major reasons are abortion, gay marriage, and stem cell research. Both our priest have been hammering home the message for months.
These hispanics are proud americans.
Praise God! I truly believe Bush represents the values of the Hispanic community myself. I am not Hispanic but have long been immersed in Hispanic families here in Texas. One of my precious sons-in-law is Hispanic as well. Bush represents the family values and ethics of the friends and in-laws who surround me and (I believe) truly has a heart for them.
